Meet the Fosters
Jack & Carey were raised in Alaska when their parents moved from California to homestead in the 1950's. They raised 3 children there and now enjoy 9 wonderful grandchildren.
They operated a successful construction business until 2020 when they retired. Property development is Jack's specialty; he is a visionary, and Carey is a "rockhound" so it seemed natural to create this oasis on their property for themselves and others to enjoy.
The waterfall is the largest private one in the state and the waterwheel creates the sound of flowing water that is restful and gives the feeling of being on vacation.
Jack & Carey sincerely want this property to bless others and enhance their special event.

The venue features a stage and sound system for live music or presentations, along with a she-shed and man cave for private relaxation. The gazebo and fire pit area provide inviting spaces for guests to gather, and our ADA-compliant restrooms ensure everyone’s comfort. With yard games and huge landscape, your guests are guaranteed a fun and engaging time, no matter the occasion.
We also provide ample power for vendor and production needs, ensuring your event runs smoothly. What does the Event Cost package include?
Pricing starts at $7,500 for a 14-hour event rental, a 4-hour rehearsal the day before, and 100 guests. Additional guests are $10 per person, so one extra guest adds $10 and 25 extra guests adds $250. Ask for a quote confirming the spaces and amenities included for your event. Optional rentals and overnight spaces are priced separately.
Can we bring our own caterer or serve alcohol?
Tell us your catering and beverage plans when you inquire. We will confirm the venue requirements before you make arrangements with vendors.
Is parking available, and is the venue accessible?
There is on-site parking and ADA-compliant restrooms. Let us know about any mobility or arrival needs so we can discuss routes around the grounds and suitable event spaces.
What happens if it rains?
Ask us about a weather plan for your date and guest count. Gazebo tents are available as optional rentals. A separate indoor event package accommodates up to 80 people; availability and suitability need to be confirmed.
What deposits and cancellation terms apply?
Request the booking, payment, deposit, and cancellation terms before reserving your date. A cleaning deposit is required for the 8-burner grill; ask us to confirm the amount.
Can we stay overnight?
One RV space with hookups is listed at $50/day. Lakeside dry camping spaces with access to a porta potty and dumpster are $25/day. Ask us to confirm space availability for your dates.
How do add-on estimates work?
Choose rental quantities to see a planning estimate at the listed rates. Confirm rental duration and service scheduling with the venue. Macramé can be rented separately without an arch. To have it on an arch, also rent the Wooden Arch. Inventory, final pricing, taxes, deposits, and any other charges are confirmed in your quote. Items without a listed price are quoted separately.
